3. Pay $100.00 online via Paypal
4. Go to the Team Georgia Website and purchase a USA wrestling membership card << Here! >> (the USA membership card provides additional liability insurance for both your wrestler and the club in the event of injury — the card is required and costs $45.00 via the Team Georgia Website and is valid for one year). NOTE: Use Internet Explorer on their website, it likes it better for some reason
5. Email the liability and waiver form and a copy of your USA wrestling card to the club (or bring to your wrestler’s first practice).
